Cris Lorenzana is the Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of TrainingEdge Incorporated, a 17-year-old company which is considered by many as their strategic partner in transformation and source of inspiration. Aside from being a resource person to various organizations in the country – mostly Japanese-owned -, Cris also has international exposures as Guest Lecturer and webinar presenter.
With her blend of humor, relatability and profound insights, Cris always captures the hearts and minds of her audiences (online or in-person). Participants refer to her learning sessions as “the Cris Lorenzana experience.” Whether for an hour or for a whole day, she has become a preferred keynote presenter, guest lecturer, wellness speaker and seminar leader by many forward-thinking organizations.

To pay it forward, Cris hosts the 10-year old inspiring seminar-on-radio, WINNER KA, PINOY! on DzXL 558 Manila every Sunday from 11 AM to 12 Noon. On its 11th year, she introduced a new segment called KWENTONG PANALO, featuring every day heroes in the Philippines.
She is the author of the inspirational book, REFUSE TO BE ORDINARY (2016).
In 2020, amidst the pandemic, she published Refuse to be Ordinary (Pocket Inspirer Edition).
